I’m an online personal trainer, working with people who are looking to make long term changes to their health and lifestyle.

I predominantly work with beginners/lower intermediates, with the aim of helping you learn the skills you need to successfully manage your training, nutrition and lifestyle independently.

Tim’s coaching style is relaxed yet very informative, and I instantly felt at ease under his guidance. I did Tim’s Get Set Challenge. It’s refreshing to speak to someone who isn’t obsessed with fat loss and encourages you to think about what you want from exercising and dieting. I really liked the task about how to use a scale for tracking and learning not to fixate on the weight itself. Would thoroughly recommend trying out the free challenge if you don’t know where to get started!!
